Utilizing his Civil Engineering degree from UBC and over 23 years of experience Dima built a reputation for delivering projects on time, on budget, and of the highest quality. Being involved in projects north of $500M, Dima brings business mindset, structure, execution, organization and most importantly positive winner’s attitude. Just like the rest of the Dance of Hope team he dreams BIG. Dance of Hope can be described as a sail boat sailing to a world of opportunities with 2 sails. First sail is music and second sail is passion. Dance of Hope mission is to educate and empower youth to become independent global citizens through art and music.

I give back and help those less fortunate. Being a key player with Dance of Hope has been a very rewarding experience. It allows me to blend my experience with passion for music, empowering and connecting youth around the world.

I love playing ice hockey and organizing social events. I love skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, and winter camping. Fishing has recently become my favourite past-time.

During summer months you are likely to find me hiking on weekends and sometimes week-long trips. I love travelling and embark on epic trips abroad every year.

Finally, I believe in personal and professional development. I take a proactive approach and educate myself to improve all aspects of life. Alan Cahn is my life/business coach and we have been working together weekly since Nov 2015.
