We do not take on projects we do not believe will be successful and profitable. In addition, we invest our own resources in deals. Most of our clients have land and/or funds to invest. If you have land we can maximize the potential of your land through rezoning/development project or reposition for a sale. If you have capital to invest we will grow your capital responsibly while minimizing risks. We are an open book outfit that relies on return clients.

Real Estate Investing

We also invest in existing income producing properties. This works best for lower risk tolerance clients who are looking for cash flow and protection of their capital.

As a business owner, individuals like this are rare jewels. Aside from his technical ability, Dima possesses the soft skills needed to be an industry leader. Quite often individuals are strong either technically or with the soft skills, but Dima has both. I was very comfortable allowing Dima to be the prime contact with his client, he is well appointed and presents well. Our business is all about relationships, which he understands. His skills at dealing with difficult situations and turning them into positive exercises, is in my regard unmatched in my experience.

This skill is really the glue that kept the Metroplace project moving quickly and precisely and cumulated into an award winning building. Dima's outside the box thinking is what has impressed me most of all, and left a lasting impression of his goodwill, personality and character. STRATAWEST MANAGEMENT

I am writing to express my appreciation for the pleasure of working with Dmitry Itskovich. I had worked for Dmitry as a Strata Agent for several years. Two of those years, Dmitry acted as Council President. Mr. Itskovich worked hard on behalf of the Strata Corporation and showed a great deal of knowledge of building systems. He was able to contract repairs at a reasonable cost. On some occasions, water ingress occurred that involved problem solving abilities and creative applications. Dmitry excelled in this area and provided a significant benefit to the Strata Corporation. Dmitry was also skilled in running Strata Council Meetings. Dmitry was aware of the personalities involved and worked with them to ensure the best interests of all Owners in the building. Dmitry did not forward personal interest in any manner, only what was important to the Strata Corporation. Even after his retirement from the Strata Council, Dmitry offered to continue to assist the building.
